What is 30knots?
30knots is an AI consultancy for mid-market and large enterprises. We are the wind, not the boat: we amplify organizations already at the helm with enablement, fine-tuning, co-building, and production.
What does "we're not the boat, we're the wind" mean?
It means we don't steer for you. You keep both hands on the helm. We provide the right intensity so the company actually moves in the agentic era without losing control.
Are you an AI consultancy or a school?
We are an AI consultancy. Training and enablement are one step on a four-step ladder that also includes fine-tuning, co-building, and production. We are not an open school or a generic MBA.
Do you offer AI training for companies?
Yes. Human Deep Learning (Knowledge Tracks) is role-based AI enablement for teams and leadership: a shared foundation plus the right depth for every seat. Fine-Tuning (Golden Hour) follows for leaders with large blast radius.
What are Knowledge Tracks (Human Deep Learning)?
Knowledge Tracks are structured enablement by level or role. The breeze that reaches everyone: collective AI foundations and depth matched to each role, without diluting the conversation into empty jargon.
What is Golden Hour (Fine-Tuning)?
Golden Hour is inquiry-style, 1:1 fine-tuning for leaders whose authority extends beyond their role. Dense sessions aimed at unblocking what matters, with continuity and accountability between meetings. Not mass enablement.
What is Working Session (Human-in-the-Loop)?
Working Session is co-building with FDEs embedded in your team. Four hands: real building, shared decisions, and capability transferred as you progress. We don't deliver in your place.
What is Software House (Inference)?
Software House is full absorption of software demand in production. Focus, scale, and continuous delivery when the organization needs execution without losing the helm. The most focused step on the ladder.
Do you only serve Brazil?
No. We work with mid-market and large enterprises where Portuguese or English fits the conversation. Geography matters less than stakeholders, scale, and real blast radius.
